ABOUT:
After years of tasting cocktails across the world, Disco Cubes Founder Leslie Kirchhoff was inspired to create a cocktail additive that packed some heat. Experimenting with infusions of local and seasonal chili peppers from California’s famed farmers markets, she created the first versions of what is now Disco Inferno, keeping the idea in her back pocket for the right moment.

 
 
  • Ingredients:

    ALCOHOL, WATER, CHILI PEPPERS (BIRD’S EYE, SCOTCH BONNET, AJI PANCA, CHILTEPIN), ROSE WATER, SPICES (CINNAMON, MINT), SEA SALT.

    Net Weight: 1 fluid ounce (30ml)

    52.4% ABV

    Instructions:

    Disco Inferno can be added straight to a drink, or can be added to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass before shaking or stirring.

    Use anywhere from a few drops up to a full dropper or more (see spice scale).

    Mild: 10 drops
    Medium: 20 drops
    Hot: 30 drops (1 dropper)
    Lava: 40 drops
    Inferno: 50 drops
